Our first full gathering of this community: a proper chance to connect with each other, live audits on real listings and real businesses, student stories on stage, and an awards ceremony for the results you have all been quietly putting together.

Who this is for
We want to celebrate this year with you, the BNB Success family.
Most people in this community are doing something the people around them do not really understand. The late nights on a listing. The messages at odd hours. The wins that are hard to explain at a dinner table. On the 31st you will be in a room of 150 people who understand all of it, because they are doing it too.
We are going to celebrate what this community has actually built, properly. Culture and community is everything to us, and this is our chance to meet you all in person and thank you for being the best Airbnb arbitrage community in Australia. In between, we pull real listings and real businesses apart and work out what is holding them back, so you go home with something you can act on. First property or twelfth, there is something here for you.
Bring one guest from outside the community if you like. A partner, a friend, someone who has heard you talk about this for a year and has never quite seen it.

Morning
Meet the founders, your mentors and each other

Doors open at 9:00am with coffee and name badges, and time to meet the people you have only ever seen in the group. Then the founders and your mentors open the day together: who they are, what each of them is focused on now, and how BNB Success came about. After that the whole system goes up on screen so you can see where you sit in it and what your next step looks like.
Late morning
Live audits, on real businesses
We pull up real listings from people in the room and work through them properly: what the numbers are actually saying, what is holding them back, and exactly what to change. Then we go wider than the listing, into pricing, operations, and whatever is capping growth in that business.
Afternoon
People like you, further along
Students at every stage tell you what actually happened. What worked, what was harder than they expected, and what they would do differently. Ask them anything. Then we take a couple of volunteers and map out what their portfolio could realistically look like over the next twelve months, on the whiteboard, using their real numbers.

Award ceremony
Our favourite part of the day. We hand out awards for milestones at every level, from a first property secured through to the fastest growth in the room, and then we finish the day together.
Lunch and both breaks are included and served on site, in the foyer looking out over Darling Harbour, so nobody disappears across the city for an hour.
Questions
What if I can't make it after I've paid?
Just let us know in advance and we'll refund your ticket in full. No awkwardness, no forms. We only ask because seats are capped at 150. If you cancel early, someone else gets your spot instead of us running an empty chair. Email info@bnbsuccess.com.au.
Who else will be there?
Around 150 people from the BNB Success community, at every stage: some still working toward their first property, some running portfolios. All three founders are there for the whole day, not just their sessions.
Where do I park?
There's parking at the venue and several public car parks within a short walk of 150 Day Street. We'll send the current rates and the easiest option with your confirmation closer to the day.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 9:00am. Come in as early as you can: that first stretch is the best chance you will get to meet people properly before we start, and the opening sets up everything that follows. We finish at 5:00pm.
Is food included?
Yes. Lunch and both breaks are served on site, in the foyer overlooking Darling Harbour. Let us know about any dietary requirements when you RSVP by emailing info@bnbsuccess.com.au, and we'll pass them to the venue.
Can I bring someone who isn't in the community?
Yes, one guest each. Just tell us in the RSVP form so we can count them for seating and catering. One is a firm limit rather than a guideline, because the room is capped.
What should I bring?
Nothing at all, we have you covered. Pens, paper and everything else will be waiting on the table when you arrive. Just bring yourself.
Do I need to have a property already?
No. Plenty of people in the room are still working toward their first one. The day is built so there's something useful in it whether you're at property zero or property twelve.
Will the day be filmed?
Yes. We film and photograph throughout the day for interviews, testimonials and the awards, so by attending you may appear in that footage. If you'd rather not be filmed, tell a crew member on the day and we'll work around you.
What if I don't live in Sydney?
Plenty of people won't. Flights and accommodation aren't included in the ticket, so that's on you, but the venue is a hotel in the middle of the city, so you can land, walk in, and not think about transport all day. And this won't be the only one: more events are coming, so keep your eyes peeled if this date doesn't work.
